For me users’ pain-points, their needs, wants and the environment in which they will experience the product are the foremost priority while designing the product. Collecting the data using various research methods and then analyzing it to find the main problem statement is what I try to achieve.
Based on the research and data analysis, I move toward the solution part by creating paper sketches first. Why paper sketches? Because it helps me to come up with multiple design solutions in a short time. Sketches are then transformed into pixel-perfect wireframes and prototypes which are more in line with the research findings.
Validating the designs is very crucial as I don’t want the final solution to be guesswork. To hit the bullseye, I keep on doing usability testing throughout the design process.Once the final design is finished, my focus is to get the usability data and feedback from users to enhance and improve user experience.
